Individual Therapy
Includes EMDR sessions, DBT individual, and any other one-on-one therapy sessions.

Includes any session where there is more than one client. Ex: Parent/child, couples, etc.

Weekly group sessions consisting of 3+ clients going over DBT skills

The full comprehensive approach to DBT including phone coaching, DBT group, access to specialized DBT materials, weekly individual therapy, and network consultations

Educational Classes
Affordable classes offered at no commitment in various education topics. Educational classes are offered as cash only.

Copays vary based on insurance and plan information. We will discuss fees and copays before beginning sessions. If there is a deductible, client will be responsible for the full session fee until met.
