Lived Experience, Genuine Connection
All of our therapists here have lived experience with mental health challenges and internal struggles. Each and every one of us have sat in both the client’s chair and the therapist chair to work toward healing. This allows us to connect with clients on a deeper, more authentic level. We bring empathy, honesty, and respect in every session, creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—no masks, no pressure.
